(5) After you place the order with us, we will take clear photos during production, and you can see your bags step by step,
(6) We can book container for you by our forwarder and calculate all kinds of cost during shipping and keep follow up of your goods.

QC:

All bags must have been inspected 5 times before delivey

1) Checking the raw material after they arrived our factory
2) Checking the swatches after cutting by mould
3) Checking all the details while the production line operated
4) Checking the goods after they are finished
5) Checking all the goods after they are packed

All completed goods will be packed by the standard export carton to protect the goods from damage. We also welcome QC from customer's company to check our quality.

1. Q:How does your company do regarding quality control?
A: “Quality is priority." We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the
beginning to the end. Our factory has gained BSCI, Intertek, SGS authentication.
2. Q:What material you can use to make a sample?
A: The material could be 100-160gsm PP woven, 70~160gsm non woven, 90-200gsm RPET, 190T, 210D, 600Dpolyester, 4OZ~10OZ cotton, PVC, paper, or as your requirement.
3. Q: What is your production capacity in one month?
A: We can produce at least 400000 -600000 pcs of bags per month, depending on the difficulty
of the bag.
4. Q: How long can I get the sample?
A: It depends on the printing. If it is CMYK gravure printing, we need to make moulds, it usually requires
8-10 days. If it is silk-screen printing, or heat transfer printing, it only requires 3-5 days...,
